What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to ship out. Once shipped, average shipping times are 5-7 days depending on the shipping option you choose.
Tracking numbers will be provided 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please email us at info@nurturemobility.com
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product arrives defective or damaged. We give you 30 days from the order date to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense and pay any applicable restocking fees. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please see our Return/Refund Policy for full details on how to initiate a return.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already shipped, please use our easy return system to get a refund. Restocking fees will apply, as discussed in our Return/Refund Policy.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have mis-spelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know of the mistake or email us at info@nurturemobility.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours of the order being placed. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Customers will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred as a result of shipping to the wrong address, unless the error was made by our team.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship nationwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location and products ordered. We have warehouses across the country to allow for quick and easy shipping to the Lower 48. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days when using standard ground shipping. Faster shipping times and delivery methods are available upon request for an added fee.
