Agreement to Our Legal Terms These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Nurture Mobility ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services and products (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Legal Terms in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted from time to time are hereby incorporated by reference. 1. Our Services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA). If your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services.

We strive to display accurate details, but we cannot guarantee error-free information or product availability. All products are subject to change or discontinuation without notice.


5. Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide accurate payment and account details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and impose purchase limits as deemed necessary.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Nurture Mobility reserves the right to refuse to do business or sell our products to any customer at our sole discretion and for any reason.


8. Fraud Prevention Policy

If billing and shipping information do not match, the order may be flagged as potential fraud by the Shopify platform. In such cases, or in any other instance where we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order without providing prior notice to the customer.


9. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

When an order is placed, customers will receive an automated confirmation message. This message acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee that items are in stock or create a binding contract. A binding contract is only formed when:

  1. The order is fulfilled.

  2. The customer receives an update confirming the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

  3. The customer’s payment method is charged.

If the customer’s card is not charged, no contract has been formed.


10. Discount Code Policy

Discount codes may be automatically generated by our marketing platform. However, we reserve the right to refuse to apply discounts to certain products. Discount codes cannot be combined with already discounted items. If a website error mistakenly allows a discount code to apply to an already discounted product, the order will be manually canceled.


11. Shipping Policy

All orders will ship when they are in stock and ready to ship. We cannot store any items for later delivery or shipment. No exceptions can be made. Please do not place an order if you are not willing or ready to accept immediate delivery. Any such requests cannot be honored and will result in teh cancellation of your oder and an immediate refund.


12. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in activities such as data mining, impersonation, unauthorized framing, or disruptive use of the Services.


13. User Generated Contributions

Users submitting content grant us the rights to use, modify, and distribute their contributions.


14. Contribution License

Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license for its use.


15. Guidelines for Reviews

Reviews must be based on first-hand experience and must not contain offensive or defamatory language.

We reserve the right to monitor and take action against misuse of the Services.
